I published the module to position X but I can't see the window. What's wrong?

The reason is simple. Your template's CSS restricts the position and display of some content outside its scope.

A quick fix is to publish to Debug position as it might have its CSS not so restrictive.

If you don't have that position, we recommend creating a custom position for your template. Read more about how to do it here.

Build your custom position and try to publish the Pro Sticky Message there.

A system cache plugin is enabled, preventing cookie management.

To fix this issue, disable the System - Cache plugin.

The cache system will still work if you enable it from the Global Configuration page.

You should also set the Caching option to No Cache in the Pro Sticky Message backend. See Advanced Parameters.

To make it center, we've added an extra field where you can add your own CSS code.

Go to the module backend, switch to Advanced Parameters and fill the Extra CSS field with this code :

top: 50%;
left: 50%;
margin-top: -25%;
margin-left: -25%;

Depending on your message type and the window size you can adjust the values to make a perfect center.

Is it possible to have an image in the video player while it's not playing?

Yes. Make a screen shot of that movie frame or add your own picture using the Pro Sticky Message Uploader, in the Video folder.

Now the video player will display the new image while it's on stand-by.
