One time cookie is not workingA system cache plugin is enabled, preventing cookie management.
To fix this issue, disable the System - Cache plugin.
The cache system will still work if you enable it from the Global Configuration page.
You should also set the Caching option to No Cache in the Pro Sticky Message backend. See Advanced Parameters.
